– Our standard self catering rooms are on the ground floor.

– Our superior have a private terrace or balcony with kitchenette are on the second floor: + Euro 10,oo per night

– We have a minimum of 4 nights’ stay for the month of August

– All our rooms are strictly non smoking

INFORMATION

• Arrivals / departures.: Check-in from 12,00 am (midday). We would prefer it if you could let us know which ferry you are arriving on, by sending a text message to our mobile telephone +39 3386407572. Check-out is by 10,00 am. We have a luggage deposit.

• Payment: To confirm a booking, we need a credit card number and expiry date, as a no-show guarantee. We accept the credit cards Visa, Mastercard, cash. Full payment should be made after your arrival. The balance should be settled on arrival.

• Our rooms: The rooms have their own entrance. Breakfast is served on our roof top terrace. We have free Wi-Fi connection. All the rooms have a bathroom with shower, hair dryer, fridge and kettle, heating and air con, TV, 1 bottle of mineral water on arrival. We provide beach towels and also old towels for the mud baths on the island of Vulcano.
• Cancellation conditions: cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your date of arrival, other wise you will be liable to pay 50% of the total due.

If you come to Lipari By car, it’s important to know that

From July 1st  to September 30th only cars belonging to residents are allowed to enter Lipari island.

Bringing a car for a short period is not worthwhile: we suggest that you leave your car on Sicily mainland and rent another car as you get to the Island.

Anyway, If you want to reach Lipari with your own vehicle ( car, motorcycle…) it’s necessary to show your house reservation
for at least 7 days booked in advanced.

With this reservation we can issue in advance a permission to let you reach Lipari with your own vehicle.
